We will loan up to 70 percent of the conservative value of income-producing property anywhere in Oregon. For non-income-producing or rehab commercial properties, the loan to value will vary case by case. We have some longer-term loans available, up to seven years or more. We do not require appraisals, but may require environmental reports, depending on the property type.
