Typically, we will look at financing new construction within a 100-mile radius of Eugene, Ore. Loan to value varies, with 65 percent of completed value being a typical requirement. Construction funds are held by our servicing company, Accu-Pay Servicing, and disbursed to you with draw requests on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. We require a line-item budget, course of construction insurance and CCB licensing.
