We loan on non-owner-occupied investment properties all over Oregon. We will loan up to 70 percent of the purchase price or value and sometimes more, depending on several underwriting factors. Owner-occupied loans are made case by case, and you must vest the property in an entity such as an LLC, partnership or corporation. We do not require appraisals and have many payment and loan term options. Condominiums, tandem homes and townhouses are all acceptable types of collateral.
