Matt R. Powell has spent the majority of his entrepreneurial career as owner and general manager of Windermere Real Estate/Lane County, Lane County’s full-service real estate company with 5 office locations, 140 brokers, and 15 full time employees. During his leadership, Matt led the company through its most expansive growth cycle, scaling it to become the largest real estate company in Lane County with brokers specializing in residential, lots and land, new construction, investment and commercial properties. During his tenure, Matt’s overall focus was the growth, development, and strategic vision of the company.
As a life-long member of Lane County and graduate of the University of Oregon, Matt continues to be very active in his community, and is affiliated with several local boards, associations, and nonprofits. Stemming from his experience as a collegiate athlete at the University of Oregon, he has volunteered many hours coaching wrestling.
Matt has been a regularly featured lecturer on real estate topics with organizations including the State and National Realtor Associations and The University of Oregon. He has also taught Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Finance, and the Broker Pre-Licensing courses at Lane Community College.
As co-owner at Blue-inc. Capital, Matt enjoys working with investors and borrowers assisting with their real estate investment goals. Matt is a strong believer in great communication and keeping all parties informed and apprised of the goals and outcomes of the transaction process.
