Second, we make our loan decisions right here in the office, based on our own assessment of the collateral and the borrower. We don’t have the constraints a conventional lender does, so we can handle a wide array of unusual situations and borrowers. And if you are in the middle of a deal that could fall through because of a delay on financing, we can move very quickly.
